Chef Draeger has introduced his latest dinner menu for Summer 2018 and we think you are gonna like it! The chef suggests that you start off with a salad or appetizer while he is preparing the dinner entrees for your table. The Roma Crostini or the Meat & Cheese board are great appetizers for sharing with two or more people. The Wedge or Juleps House Salad are crisp and fresh, served with our house made dressings.
Chef Draeger’s Roasted Duck Breast is tender and juicy, with a blackberry wine sauce, caramelized Vidalia onions, mashed potatoes and veggies. The duck pairs well with a bottle of our Parradux red wine blend from Napa Valley, California. For dessert, try our Four Berry Organic Cobbler and a glass of 30 year old Tawny Port. What a delightful summer pairing!
The Bourbon Apple Pork Chop is back with it’s apple glaze, mashed potatoes and veggies. This pork chop pairs well with a bottle of our Starmont Rose from Napa Valley or try the Brancott Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand. For dessert, try a slice of one of our daily made Strawberry, Red Velvet or Hummingbird cakes!
